The Cassette note count multiplies the counts the caller already gave: the terminal id, the error, and how many cassettes are empty. The result is notes to stage. That number is for planning. The company that claims the job sets the price on its own ticket.
Grit will not quote a made-up rate to sound precise. A local tech swaps the cassette or the comms gear. Grit does not carry cash.
